These Terms are a contract between you and Mawble. By using the game you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't play.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mawble. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you must have your parent or guardian's permission.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your password. You must give accurate information when you register. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used to cheat, abuse others, or defraud us.
You agree not to:
Marbles, cosmetic items, and any other virtual items in Mawble are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use inside the game. You do not own them and cannot transfer, sell, or convert them to cash. They may be revoked if your account is suspended.
Marble packs can be bought through your device's app store (Google Play or Apple App Store). Purchases are processed by the store, not by us, and are subject to the store's terms. Purchases are final except where required by law or the store's policies. Prices may change.
Your display name and other information you provide must not be offensive, misleading, or violate anyone's rights. We may change or remove display names that break these rules.
The game is provided as-is. We may add, change, or remove features, courts, modes, or marbles at any time. We may take the servers offline for maintenance. We do not guarantee that any specific feature will be available forever.
You can stop using Mawble at any time by uninstalling the app or deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms. If we terminate your account for cause, we may retain a record for security and legal purposes.
Mawble is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the loss of virtual items. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ten United States dollars, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is established. Any dispute must be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a country whose laws require otherwise, those laws apply.
We may update these Terms. If the change is significant, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
